The Miss United States Teen lost her crown in 2004 after she posed nude for Playboy and was featured in a 2009 sex-tape scandal along with actors Eric Dane and Rebecca Gayheart. According to Everyday health, she has since been treated for sex addiction, and drug and alcohol abuse.
2. Eric Benet

After Halle Berry discovered her R&B and soul singer husband had been unfaithful, he sought help at a sex addiction treatment center. The two ended their marriage in 2004, but the singer has since denied allegations of being a sex addict.
3. Jesse James
 
The Monster Garage star checked into a sexual addiction treatment facility, according to multiple reports, after it became known he had been unfaithful to his then wife, Sandra Bullock

4. David Duchovny
 
The Californication actor entered sex addiction rehab in 2009 before separating from his wife, Tea Leoni. They on-again-off-again couple finalized their divorce in 2014, says the LA Times.
5. Nicole Narain
 
In the 2009 VH1 reality TV show, Sex Rehab with Dr. Drew, the Playboy model sought help for her sex addiction and admitted to chronic masturbation as well as involvement in countless sexual escapades.
6. Tiger Woods
 
After he was exposed as a serial cheater, Tiger Woods went through a world of public shame and ultimately landed in a six-week intensive program to treat his sex addiction.
