Fuel scarcity in nigeria...so much
that Nigerians are beginning to beg NNPC and the Presidency not to
account for the $20billion (over Three Trillion Naira) that is missing.
Some people are now saying Federal Government should continue to steal
any amount they want for 2015. provide petrol for us!
